When COVID hit and they moved to distance learning, she was feeling taken advantage of and unappreciated by the school district. She took a leap of faith and resigned from her teaching job after finding Joy’s book, and now has her own online preschool. Listen in to discover how you can quit your teaching job and start an online preschool, too!

Jessica Watson was a public school teacher who was not happy with how her district was supporting teachers during the pandemic. After spending months teaching her students online, she was not comfortable going back to in person teaching. She worried it would be putting her family at risk and was looking for a safer alternative.

After finding Joy’s book, she knew that starting an online preschool was what she wanted to do. She read the book in one day and told her husband of her new plan. He was supportive from the very beginning so she resigned from the school district and started her online preschool!

With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, Jessica now has the resources she needs to succeed. She loves being supported by a group of women who are on the same journey as her.

Jessica now has over 20 students enrolled in her online preschool. She is also excited to launch her new YouTube channel that will focus on giving parents the tools to be more involved in their student’s education. She is broadening her clientele and widening the reach of her program and can’t wait to see her program grow!
