Think Outside the Box with Your Preschool

If you need some ideas on how to gain more clientele by thinking outside the box, listen to today’s Preschool All Stars story: Quinn Cooper  is a preschool principal who just turned in her resignation to open her own preschool center! She was tired of seeing her teachers struggle, and wanted to create a space where teachers could focus on teaching instead of testing. After running into roadblock after roadblock, Quinn knew she had to start thinking outside the box. Completely changed her building plans, decided to add transportation, and started doing whatever needed to be done to make her dream a reality. Listen in to discover how you learn to think outside the box and build your perfect preschool, too!

Quinn Cooper is an assistant principal at a district preschool. She sees what is going on in classrooms, and understands why kids are falling behind, and why teachers are leaving  the profession in droves. She was going to leave to start her own childcare center, until she came across Joy’s book.

After reading Joy’s book, Quinn knew that a ½ day preschool was the way to go. But her original location was just not going to work. When Quinn’s first idea fell through, she found an even better space, and decided to find transportation for students to get to and from their daycare, so they could have a proper preschool experience.

With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, Quinn has been able to look beyond the standard preschool model, and figure out new ways to find different clientele. She loves her “Sistars” and the support she receives from  them.

Quinn is excited to offer options to parents who wouldn’t normally be able to make a preschool program work into their budget or schedule. She is well on her way to being full for the Fall, and is in the process of hiring teachers to accommodate all of her new students!
