Unity Through Community, a Service-Driven Preschool – with Nichol Bartell

If you want to build unity through your community, listen to today’s Preschool All Stars story:  Nichol Bartell has worked with children for a long time. But when a Preschool All Star introduced her to Joy,  she was hooked! Nichol wants her students and families to not only feel like they are contributing members of their community, but she wants to teach the value of service and helping others. Finding creative places to field trip, she has created a program that teaches her students the importance of service and respect for their community. Listen in to discover how you can use local and online preschool to build unity through community, too!

Nichol Bartell was blown away when a friend showed her her own preschool business. This friend was a Preschool All Star already, and convinced her that she could build her own preschool too!

After Becoming A Preschool All Star herself, She learned how to build her own preschool program, and how to build a program built around her own values. She decided to go virtual for the summer, and is now launching an online program in addition to her local classes

With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, she has been given the motivation to do the hard stuff when she really doesn’t want to. They provide the motivation, self esteem, and understanding for her to build a successful preschool program.

Nichol has not only been able to build a local and online preschool, but she is also working on creating a tutoring program for older kids in many different subjects. She still struggles with perfectionism and self doubt, but she has found ways to push through that and move forward.
